5. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to technological failures, actions of state authorities, Internet disruptions, or other events beyond the control of the Administration,
the Administration shall not be liable for the inability of the Site to function.


6. Final Provisions

This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User first accesses the Site.

The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Site.

Continued use of the Site after amendments to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of the new version by the User.
